Mukesh Patel


    Mukesh qualified in 1982 and has since then worked in general practice for over thirty years. His specialism is in meeting the needs and assisting individuals and SMEs with regard to their accounting and taxation needs. He has a great expertise in helping new businesses to develop and achieve their potential. Mukesh assists client base in retail trade such as newsagents, confectioners, tobacconist, victuallers; property developers, builders, consultants and professional, wholesale importers and exporters, car hire and leasing and manufactures. Mukesh advises the company, partnership and individuals on tax planning matters. Mukesh looks after financial planning and project reports for new start-up and expansion of the business.

    Devanshi Talati


      Devanshi has worked in industry for over 5 years, qualifying in 2012 from ICAI, India. She has an experience in areas of Book-keeping, Accounting, VAT, Payroll, Auto-enrolment of pension, CIS, Self-Assessment and Corporation Tax, Implementing new accounting system, Start-up of new business, Companies House Procedure, Inquiry and investigation matters, Cash-flow and finance projection. She advises clients on areas of Book-keeping, VAT, Payroll, Pension, CIS, Year-End Accounts (including FRS 102), Consolidated accounts for group companies, All Types of Taxation matters and Company Secretarial work. She carries out procedures required by Companies House, including new company registration, change in company information, filling of confirmation statement (annual return) and annual accounts, closure of existing company. She helps client for registering with other taxes. She deals with inquiry and investigation matters raised by HMRC. She works for client on budgeting and cash-flow forecast for business loans and financial review. Prepares management accounts and carries out analysis of financial and non-financial information.

      Kamini Patel


        Kamini has worked in industry for over 11 years, qualifying in 1999.
        She also advises clients on Management accounts and VAT. She has worked in areas of Management Accounts, Book-keeping, and VAT.
        She has good knowledge of Compliance with Companies House Procedures and fillings.
        She has excellent administration skills and also liaise with clients.
        She is also responsible for managing clients’ payroll needs and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of the payroll process.
